FDS Italy has rules, regulations and procedures on security control of the organization and of customers’ “Technical Documents”, which envisage how to keep documents secure, including TD submitted by customers.
FDS Italy adopts rules / regulations / procedures defining procedures to make and maintain records of “Technical Documents” to prevent them from being stolen or getting lost and to control return deadline.
To prevent “Technical Documents” from getting stolen or lost, FDS Italy keeps records of all receipts and returns of customers’ “Technical Documents”.
FDS Italy ensure “Technical Documents” confidentially by preventing these from getting stolen or lost or looked at by the unauthorized people.
FDS Italy assures safe return of “Technical Documents” when they are retrieved from their storage area.
“Technical Documents” are provided as electronic data so they are allocated in a password-protected secure file on computers and servers.
